💀 Character Information
Name: Eve
Canon: Supernatural
Canon Point: her death in 6x19
Age: Ageless, beyond time. She's at least as old as Death and God.
Description:

A huge black-liquid-oily creature filled with fish-like eggs, teeth and tendrils, similar to Supernatural's leviathans. However, Eve has the ability to shapeshift to look like anyone she wants to and she chooses to appear in the form of the last human host she that had, a weak-looking young woman. In this form, she is about five foot nine with medium-brown hair falling past her shoulders. Her eyes, when she is angered and trying to make a point, have the ability to flash flame-red or white-bright but they are normally blue-green.

Physical changes: None, at the moment.
Powers:

Ha ha ha. God. Okay. Here we GO.

First and foremost, Eve is the mother of all monsters. Literally, she is their mother. This means that she can create monsters from scratch, birth them and control them. She is fertile like a rabbit crossed with a chicken crossed with a fish. A lovely image, I know. Now, I've checked this with you guys and basically this means that any 'monster' she births/creates in Hell will be a Hellbeast, and probably barely controllable even by her. If she can control any other monsters in Hell is obviously up to the player, so I’ll make a permission post.

Her other abilities:

Being a mama monster, she has monster-strength. That just means she’s a lot stronger than she looks, but she’s nowhere near as strong as say The Hulk.

She can also shapeshift to look like any form she wants, but only if it is a person-shaped form. She cannot, for instance, look like a water-hydrant or even a cat. When alive, she had telepathy with her children, but I am nullifying that if only because it’d be incredibly difficult to manage in a game without some serious coordination. She does have heightened senses, meaning she can smell 'decaying blood' or 'magic’ or even angels, but I am prepared to nerf that if need be or put up a permissions for it. When alive she had the ability to negate the powers of demons and angels and other monsters, and since that is REALLY game breaky that's obviously going to be taken away from her.

Hell Status: Limbo Case.

What Brings Them To Hell:

She’s not good. She’s not evil. But she does bad things for good reasons and good things for bad reasons. She’s all about balance. She also tried to make all humans into monsters so her world’s Hell couldn’t have them.

The Pitch:

Step right up and meet the mother of all monsters, the mother of the century, the mother of the god-damned year. This lady? This lady would do anything to protect and defend her children, she would kill for her kids. She would fight the alleged king of Hell, Crowley, for her kids. Torture her monsters? Murder them? Hope you like sleeping in a coffin buried under the soil of the deepest part of the ocean. Hope you like having your bones burnt alive. Hope you like being flayed alive!

That going to carry over to Hell? Of course it is. Mothers don’t stop being mothers just because they’re dead. Her kids are here? She’s going to do her damndest to protect them, and they don’t even have to be her bio kids. You get under her ‘skin’, you make her care about you? Boom, congratulations. Now you’re her adopted son or daughter and you’re just as important to her as one of her birth-kids.

Eve? This momma? She’s manipulative on a scale that would freak out the worst helicopter parent. If there was a PTA for monsters, Eve would be the president, the vice president and the chief torturer. Treasurer. I clearly meant treasurer. Yeah. Equally capable of manipulating with words and her own abilities. You want an example? Great! Her current host, she got it when she convinced her most powerful children, The Dragons, to find her at least ten virgin women and sacrifice them in a cave. Just so she could leave purgatory. So she could come to Earth and protect them from being slaughtered.

Most of the time, she’s very apathetic towards humans and even demons. That’s not to say there are none of their numbers that could catch her eye and get on her good side. Become one of her adopted babies, so to speak. For instance, she was perfectly willing to work with and take care of the Winchester boys, and they kill a lot of her children. But you know, Eve is all about balance. Loves it, in fact. Humans kill some of hers, hers kill some humans. It’s a balance. It’s fine!

It’s only when the balance it tipped in favor of someone who isn’t one of hers that she gets mad. Takes matters into her own hands. Like when Crowley was torturing her kids so he could find the way into Hell by following their souls. That was definitely out of balance with the universe, and she decided that hey. He’s going to do that? She’ll turn all humanity into her kids. She’ll take them all.

Fair is fair, right?

Like any mom, Eve had a weird sense of humor. Her sense of humor, unlike human moms, tends towards the occasionally and casually cruel. No big deal. She’s a monster, what’re you going to do? Get mad about it? Try it. See what happens. Want an example of her warped sense of humor, of course you do. Who wouldn't?

In order to attract some hunters to test a new batch of her children out on, she locked a group of bar patrons inside a seedy roadhouse and turned a couple of them into monsters with a touch or a kiss. Set them loose. Sat at the bar with a bloody mary and watched them go. Watched them tear the humans apart and turn them into more of her children with nothing but a smirk on her face and a drink in her hand.

Another example? Dressed herself in the form of a hunter's dead mother just so she could sit down and have a conversation with him. Did he think he was talking to his own mother? Nope! She switched forms right in front of him, just for shits and giggles.

Eve absolutely freaking detests 'bad parents', finding them disgusting and unworthy of love. And she has a particular definition of what constitutes a good parent. In her opinion, even God is a bad parent. After all, a mother would never abandon her child like he did. Not a good mother, anyway. She certainly wouldn’t allow one of her children to be killed like Jesus was, and she sure as heck wouldn’t turn on one of them for feeling bad about his siblings like God did to Lucifer.

Setting Fit:

Eve was basically the Queen of Purgatory, if there was such a thing. It was where her children went when they died, content to hunt each other and any human that accidentally ended up there over and over and over again. It was like the Hunger Games 24/7, only if you died you just reset from the beginning. You know. Because you were already dead. Unless of course you had the stupid misfortune of going through a portal and landing their while alive. But that’s on you.

Being in Hell is a major step down for her, and she'll take it like an insult. She’ll certainly be trying, very very hard, to get back to any sort of place where she has more control.

So she'll probably do amazingly poorly, and that'll be fascinating to see. She hates demons, so consorting with them is something she will hate. However, if some of her children are here, she’ll bite the bullet and try to blend in/fit in. For them. After all, a mother protects her children and if her children are in Hell?

She’ll take care of them.
