I know Chase is an idiot, and one who did a hell of a lot of damage, but taking away his magic isn't something that you can do, even if I agree that he should apologize. It's removing something that's a part of him, and it's not fair.

Would you please return it to him but under the caveat that if he ever behaves like that again, you will take it away and not give it back for as long as the law decides?

It would, I think, be better for him if he didn't have it. But yes, I'll give it back to him under those conditions.

Yeah, I think so too, but until he proves that he can't be trusted with acting in the town's best interest, we can't just take them away because we want too.

[Erica hasn't been sure what to say, but she knows she wants to say something. Because Eve promised to find her, and she did, and cared about what she found even though Erica was a mess of a monster at the time.
