I know Chase is an idiot, and one who did a hell of a lot of damage, but taking away his magic isn't something that you can do, even if I agree that he should apologize. It's removing something that's a part of him, and it's not fair.

Would you please return it to him but under the caveat that if he ever behaves like that again, you will take it away and not give it back for as long as the law decides?

It would, I think, be better for him if he didn't have it. But yes, I'll give it back to him under those conditions.

Yeah, I think so too, but until he proves that he can't be trusted with acting in the town's best interest, we can't just take them away because we want too.

Because Eve promised to find her, and she did, and cared about what she found even though Erica was a mess of a monster at the time. I know him from home. The future him. And I know how far he'd go. He's rotten to his core, willing to kill his own family to become one.

As soon as he finds out you can create alphas he's going to try to convince you or trick you into making him one.

Well, there's no good way to say it, so here goes. Back in my world, at home, I killed a number of people in order to take their special abilities and use them for my own. It was something that my own special ability- intuitive aptitude- would push me to do, although there were other things going on with it, as well. I've stopped, but I do still have the aptitude.

I think Jemma wanted to be sure that other people were aware, people who could neutralize me if necessary. I thought it was a good idea, too.
